Carolina Family Services Hosts Back-to-School Book Bag Drive August 5

Carolina Family Services Release

Every school year there are students who go back to school without basic school supplies. With the 2017 -2018 school year on the horizon, Carolina Family Services is hosting a back-to-school book bag drive for local Greenville youth in grades kindergarten through fifth grade. All supplies are items included on the Greenville County Schools school supply list.

Carolina Family Services, a mental health service provider in Greenville, is supplying 100 FREE book bags filled with school supplies for the first 100 kids in the community.

The K-5 book bag Drive will take place August 5 at 11 am at Carolina Family Service’s main office located at 301 Anderson Street in Greenville at 11am.

Donations are currently being accepted to help support getting children ready take on the school year. Contact Alan Lopez at Carolina Family Services at alan@carolinafamily.org to sponsor a child or learn about the community drop-off locations.
